– General principles

The Aix les Bains Riviera des Alpes Intercommunal Tourist Office, with its headquarters at 45 rue Jacques Cellier – 73100 Grésy-sur-Aix, uses a Website with the following address: https://www.aixlesbains-rivieradesalpes.com/ (hereafter known as the “Website”).

This Data collected allows us to better target our communication strategy. This could be adapting the Website to a mobile device if the number of connections from mobile devices increases. We use the Google Analytics tool.

 

– Article 2: shop and provision of services

You may be asked for extra personal Data when you make a purchase from the shop or use a service that we offer at our Tourist Offices via the Shopify e-commerce platform (https://fr.shopify.com/?utm_campaign=poweredby &utm_medium=shopify&utm_source=onlinestore), this could be your telephone number, email address or address. Your browsing history / consumption preferences could be saved if you purchase any products / services through the Shopify platform.

 

– Article 3: surveys

You may also be asked to provide extra personal Data for additional surveys conducted by the Tourist Office. This Data could include your browsing history, consumption habits and preferences, means of travelling, etc.

 

 – Article 4: tourist office premises

When you stop by to see us at the Aix les Bains Riviera des Alpes Tourist Office, we offer a free WiFi connection on our premises, via an external company called Neptune. This information is not collected by the Aix les Bains Riviera des Alpes Intercommunal Tourist Office, but by a subcontractor.

 

– Article 5: storage, use of data and unsubscribing

The information is stored on our server, managed by our subcontractor PHPNet, and we guarantee that this firm operates in compliance with the GDPR.

We only use this personal information for services that you have accepted. We guarantee that all our subcontractors operate in compliance with the GDPR. However, the Aix les Bains Riviera des Alpes Tourist Office cannot be held liable, neither for the content of the Websites reached via hyperlinks on our Websites, nor for the level of security of privacy practices applied on these Websites.
